The objective of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as - the Policy) is to provide information to Data subjects – natural persons – about the purposes of the processing of personal data, legal basis, categories of recipients of the personal data, data retention and protection and rights of the data subject.

This Policy shall regulate information processing in any systems or any carriers, being involved in the data/ information processing of the SIA „Starbridge” (hereinafter referred to as - the COMPANY), regardless of the fact, whether the data/ information processing is related to internal commercial operations of the COMPANY during provision of services or external relations with the Partners, Clients or any third persons. 

Before applying for news in e-mail, registering for events (consultations, meetings in presence etc.), contacting with COMPANY via e-mail, phone, SMS or on social networks, appearing in presence to any of the above mentioned events, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy of SIA “Starbridge” and agree with conditions. Personal data retention

Personal data is collected and processed only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which the information was collected or as required by law. After the expiration date of the use of data, they are deleted or archived.

The COMPANY regularly conducts audits of the systems used for information/ data processing in order to ensure their continuous compliance with this Policy and the applicable regulatory requirements.

Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to, or intended for, children under 13.  We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. Rights of the Data subject
